Rock sugar 45g

Water 2 liter (plus 1 additional liter later)
Fried tofu 100g

Chicken soup base 1 tbsp
Fermented shrimp paste 1 tsp
Crab cakes mixtures:
Onion 1/4 (M)
Shallot 1 (M)
Garlic 2 cloves
Dry shrimp 40g
Eggs 3 (L)
Ground pork 200g
Crab paste 100g (1/2 jar)
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Chicken soup base 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce:
Oil 1-2 tbsp
Minced shallot 1 (M)
Diced roma tomato 1
Crab paste 100g (remains 1/2 jar)
Chicken soup base 1/2 tsp
Condiments:
Banana blossom, celery or greens of your choice
Scallions
Bean sprouts
Lime
Chili
Fermented shrimp sauce or fish sauce
