Ingredients

4 tbsp sugar

4 tbsp Instant coffee

4 tbsp hot water

2-3 cups of milk (substitute with lactaid, almond or coconut milk)

2 cups of ice cubes

Direction

• Add sugar,  coffee, and hot water  in a mixing bowl (1:1:1 volume ratio). 

• Stir to dissolve then whisk the mixture with an electric mixer until stiff peaks are formed. You can also use a hand mixer to whisk as well but it will be very tiring and time consuming.

• Add ice cubes into a glass, fill it up to 3/4 with milk. 

• Place the whipped Dalgona foam on top. Mix well before drinking.
