Ingredients:

Poached bamboo shoot         350g

Cocktail shrimp                       150g

(dried or raw shrimp)

Vietnamese coriander            a handful

Thai or Vietnamese Basil       a handful

Crab or shrimp chips              a handful

(or any of your favorite chips/crackers)

Seasonings:

Chicken bouillon, sugar, ground pepper

Fish sauce for dressing: 

Fish sauce                               1 tbsp

Sugar                                        1.5 tbsp

Lemon juice                             1 tbsp
