Japanese Avocado Kani Salad

Ingredients

Avocado 2

Persian cucumber 1

Imitation crab (Kani) 4 sticks

Lime 1 slice

Fish roe (Tobiko) 1 tbsp 

Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp

Salt & pepper

Direction:

  1. Wash and prepare all ingredients listed above.

  2. Chop vegetables and shred imitation crab into bite size. 

  3. Transfer the prepared cucumber, imitation crab avocado and fish roe into a large mixing bowl.

  4. Drizzle with mayonnaise and season lightly with a pinch of salt and pepper.

  5. Give it a quick toss to mix everything and it’s ready! 

*** Tobiko is fish roe that’s salt cured. So be careful not to add too much extra salt.
